We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage teams, and expand business growth in assigned territories.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team in the assigned area
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Conduct field visits and market analysis
Build strong relationships with retail and corporate partners
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Support recruitment and training of sales staff

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle field sales operations
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
