What happens if my device is completely destroyed and cannot be repaired?
If our authorized service engineers declare a device "Beyond Economic Repair" (BER)—usually due to catastrophic crushing (like being run over by a vehicle) or complete prolonged submersion where both the motherboard and display are totally destroyed—we provide a replacement or a monetary settlement based strictly on the policy terms. Can I buy a plan for a used, second-hand, or refurbished device?
Our core mobile and laptop protection plans are primarily designed for newly purchased devices (typically bought within the last 15 to 30 days).
