About the Role
Key Responsibilities – Team Leader (Salary: ₹35,000)
Manage and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE), ensuring daily productivity and target achievement.
Drive sales through field activities and onboard mobile shops as per company guidelines.
Monitor team performance, track daily/weekly/monthly targets, and maintain quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews, motivate the team, and ensure compliance with company processes.
Coordinate with management and internal teams, and submit regular performance reports.
