Field Sales Executive

Job Description - Field Sales Executive (Salary: ₹25,000) We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote company products and services through direct field visits. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and achieving sales targets through daily market activity. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned locations daily for field sales and marketing Identify potential customers and explain company products/services Generate new leads and convert them into sales Onboard shops / merchants / clients as per company process Maintain good relationships with customers Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Submit daily field activity and sales reports Attend training, meetings, and review sessions regularly Follow company rules, discipline, and work ethics Eligibility Criteria Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills (Tamil required; English basic preferred) Willingness to work in the field Smartphone mandatory Two-wheeler preferred (mandatory)

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities – Team Leader (Salary: ₹35,000) Manage and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE), ensuring daily productivity and target achievement. Drive sales through field activities and onboard mobile shops as per company guidelines. Monitor team performance, track daily/weekly/monthly targets, and maintain quality standards. Conduct regular reviews, motivate the team, and ensure compliance with company processes. Coordinate with management and internal teams, and submit regular performance reports.
