Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support payroll and HR administration activities.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
