1. Cancellations
You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that our logistics partner has not yet picked up your device. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Cancellations made after pickup has been initiated may be subject to minor logistical deductions.
2. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-7 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we are unable to fulfill your service request due to parts unavailability or service area limitations.
- Defective Repair: If the repair is found to be defective within our warranty period, we will re-repair it at no cost. If a re-repair is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Service charges for diagnostics and logistics are non-refundable once the service has been performed or attempted. Protection plan premiums are non-refundable once the cooling-off period (if applicable) has expired or a claim has been initiated.
